Welcome to North
Clinton Elementary School. It is hard to believe that we are in
the 2nd 6 week grading period. I am very excited about the
wonderful staff and students here at NCES. We appreciate your
support and look forward to working closely together in the
future. Feel free to call or stop by if I can be of any
assistance.
North Clinton Elementary is the smallest of the three schools in the Clinton City system. Averaging 180 students, the school has a hometown atmosphere where students are nurtured educationally and emotionally. We are proud of the many unique programs we have to offer. Students participate in Accelerated Reader and Junior Achievement. Students in grades three through six participate in Reading Across the Grade Levels, Accelerated Math, Girls Incorporated, and weekly computer classes. 5th grade students enjoy the D.A.R.E. program sponsored by the Clinton City Police Department. During a daily morning assembly students are recognized for birthdays, honor roll, good behavior, Accelerated Reader medals, and any other special activities or honors. If your child has been to the Treasure Chest then they have been caught being good! We look forward to having you visit our great school.
